Stara Baška is a village on the south coast of the island of Krk, eight km of Punat. It is surrounded by white limestone rocks and partly protected from the bora but is exposed to south winds. Chief occupations include viniculture, olive growing, fishing and tourism. Stara Baska is located at the end of the road "Kraje" (End).
